_The Galenica Group is divided into two divisions, Pharma and Health, and the four business sectors Pharma, Logistics, Retail and HealthCare Information (under Other).

_The function of the Board of Directors is prescribed by law (Art. 716a OR) and by Art. 16 of the Articles of Incorporation. Decisions are taken by the entire Board. The preparation and implementation of decisions made by the Board or the monitoring of certain business activities may be assigned to individual Board members or committees.

_The Corporate Executive Committee manages the Group and its business sectors based on the input guidelines from the Board of Directors. The bases of these guidelines are medium-term planning, annual target setting, organisation and budget.
