7th Annual General Meeting
The seventh Annual General Meeting of Galenica Ltd. was held on 10 April 2024 at the Kursaal in Bern. The shareholders approved all the proposals put forward by the Board of Directors. They also approved the proposed dividend of CHF 2.20 per share.
Galenica continues to grow in the 2023 financial year
The Galenica Group achieved strong growth with an increase in sales of 4.4% in the 2023 financial year and generated consolidated net sales of CHF 3,746.0 million.
