Implementing inter­professional and patient-centred solutions

Since its launch in November 2023, the initiative has been promoting dialogue between different professional groups in the healthcare sector and has highlighted the first interprofessional case studies. In 2024, the focus was on specific case studies, which were further developed together with patients. Now is the time to take the next steps – and set the course for successful implementation.

At the HPI Event 3.0, which will take place on April 30 at the Stapferhaus in Lenzburg, we will present the current status of selected projects and case studies from the past years. Where do they stand in the implementation phase? What else is needed to drive implementation forward?

In doing so, we would like to reflect on the most important findings and exchange experiences with you.

Another key item on the agenda is the discussion of a further developed vision with the following thesis: “Can a strategic partner network create the necessary structural basis for submitting joint projects to the Federal Office of Public Health or the cantons – with the aim of integrating them into regular care?”
